Intaglio ONYX Victorian Gold F SPINNER Pendant Etruscan Medalion Wax Seal Signet

I am selling a collection of antique chatelaine and jewelry items as seen in the last photo so please see my other offerings and check back!
ABOUT:
Old and beautiful Victorian Art Nouveau spinner pendant or fob.  This may have originally been on a watch chain.  Beautiful warm antique patina to the metal with a spinning onyx stone carved with an image of an Etruscan warrior with dragon on his helmet.  Each side of the spinner fob is decorated in this manner.  I believe the metal fabrication is called pinchbeck which is a brass alloy meant to look like gold. It did shine up with a cleaning but you can see areas with a warmer brass patina.
Antique piece dating to the turn of the century that I acquired in England.
Chain not included.
MARKS:
No hallmarks, antique pinchbeck item.
MEASUREMENTS:
It measures about 1 3/8 inches tall by an inch wide.
CONDITION:
The stone has a few fissures to the edges and nicks to the facets on the edges of the stones.  The faces of the stones also have some scratches in the smooth areas more visible under magnification.  The spinner catches sometimes but still fully reversible.  Some plate loss to the pinchbeck fabrication giving it a warm brass patina which is still quite pretty.  Some remnants of orange wax remain in some of the carved areas which adds to its authenticity.  Some surface wear, scuffs, scratches throughout.  The stones are secure in the setting.
But due to age, please note this is not a mint condition item.
Still many years left in this old beauty from an interesting period in history.
