The True T-24-GC glass chiller can hold (85) 10-ounce steins or (90) 8-inch-diameter mugs at a time on three adjustable, PVC-coated wire shelves. While the cabinet interior is built with galvanized steel that simplifies cleaning, the exterior is finished with a black laminated vinyl that is durable and permanent. Cold air stays in the cabinet because of the polyurethane insulation that also creates structural strength.
The unit uses eco-friendly R134A refrigerant to keep the temperature at 0 degrees Fahrenheit and lower, while ice buildup and excessive maintenance needs are prevented by the chiller's automatic defrost system. To simplify servicing the True T-24-GC glass chiller, the refrigeration system is readily accessible. Glasses and plates are evenly cooled by the forced-air cooling system that pushes an even amount of air throughout the cabinet, and these plates and glasses are frosted quickly with evaporator fan motors and large blades to create a high volume of airflow.
