USED Cincinnati-Gilbert Series 4"-C Horizontal Boring Mill w/Tooling & DRO (YB)

Description

This is a Cincinnati-Gilbert Heavy Duty Horizontal Milling Machine, Model #4"-C, Serial #4C-136.  Table working surface is 72"x48" and overall dimensions are 78-1/2"x53" and has seven 1" T-Slots running left to right.  Spindle travel is 31" and it has 60" of cross travel, 28" of saddle travel and 48" of vertical travel with a 50-NMTB taper spindle.  Motor is 20 HP, 230/460 3-Phase and it has 7-1510 RPM's with feeds of .5-200 IPM & rapid traverse of 200 IPM.  Distance across both table ways is 36" and there are outboard table supports on both sides of the table.  Machine has Pendant type swivel controls, anti-friction sliding surfaces on the ways and a Bijur automatic lube system.  And mill includes a newer Mitutoyo KA Type 3-Axis digital readout system.  This is a massive and heavy duty mill with an approximate overall height of 146" and weighs around 52,000 lbs., manuals & prints also included!  Machine is still in facility and under power, so you can see it run.
